I was happily collecting my mail when the server hiccuped. All world items like the mailbox and NPC disappeared. When it all returned my mailbox was empty. In response to my GM Ticket I got this reply;





So explaining again that it wasn't an item that went missing it was all my mail they sent this reply;



So after checking all my ALT mail, and all the mail from Elmarae was mail that I would have sent from Elmarae, cloth to my tailor, rocks to my engineer. None of it was leather or other items that I would have sent to Elmarae from the ALTs. And I got this reply;

i used to be a god at D2 till the 1.10 patch came out and my 3 accounts full of 99 crits couldnt use most of their equipment anymore because they changed all the item requirements. twas that day i hit the uninstall button
